Our hiring process
The steps outlined here are what you can expect once you apply for a job at Kevel. Depending on the position, the process can vary slightly. Some may include assessments, take home exercises or presentations for example. Your recruiter will keep you fully informed and prepared every step of the way!
Our Talent Acquisition Team will review your application as quickly as possible and follow up about whether or not we’ll be moving forward with your application.
In this initial introductory call, we want to learn about YOU! The recruiter will do a deep dive into your past experience and what you are looking for next. They will also provide a high level overview of Kevel and a detailed description of the position you applied for.
You and the hiring manager will have an in-depth conversation about the position requirements, and discuss your skills, qualifications, and interests. We understand interviewing is a two - way street and that we’re not only interviewing you, you’re interviewing us! Thus, this interview is also your opportunity to learn about the role in detail, the team, and build a relationship with the manager to better assess if this is the right position for you too.
In the Competency Based Interview, you will have the opportunity to meet with team leads and subject matter experts who you would be working with on a day-to-day basis. The goal of this interview is to assess your experience as it relates to the skills that are needed to be successful in the role.
Our values are the central pillar of Kevel and that’s why it’s important to find people who are not only aligned with our values but can also positively contribute to them. In this round, you’ll meet with 2 - 3 Kevelers who will ask you questions regarding our core values and how they resonate with you!
After the interview process has been completed, the team will debrief and make a hiring decision. Hopefully you will receive an offer, but if not, we always provide candidates with thorough feedback for future interviews.
